Fans, Frank Dillane is one of the TOP FIVE POSSIBILITIES to play the new role as Spiderman!!! This will be Spider 4, focusing on Peter Parker in his early high school days.
Though I don’t think Frank Dillane looks a lot like Tobey Maguire…(do any of them?)
It would be A M A Z I N G if he got the role. Ok, like, more than amazing. Because honestly, I didn’t just make this site because I think he’s hot. He’s TALENTED. Whether he gets this role or not, I believe, and I know many of you do too, that he’ll go far. Why not have the world notice him now instead of later?? And he would be superb. However, there’s some bad news too. According to this article, they’re basically down to two…and Frank isn’t one of them. But he, along with the other three, are still being considered. Apparently we’ll soon know who gets chosen.

But the good news to make up for this bad news – Frank, should he not land the role as Spiderman, could be cast in X-Men: First Class!!! Read about it here. (Thank you Joan for telling me about this!!) And, as M commented, maybe it’s better Frank DOESN’T land the role as Peter Parker, because back in his high school days that guy was a dork…so maybe, he’d make a better X-Man.

I honestly don’t want to see Frank in Spiderman. I don’t want him to be known for being a villain all the time either, but I’d rather see that than him being a wimpy kid like it was portrayed in the first Spiderman. I want him to have a career like Cillian Murphy.
Hmm, you make a good point. I guess when I thought “Spiderman” I automatically thought “hot superhero” but you’re right, the high school-aged Peter Parker is dorky and awkward…
I just found out, though, that Frank is also being considered for a role in X-Men: First Class. I edited the post to include this. An X-Men superhero probably would NOT be dorky!

He might very well be in LA, I’m not sure, but if he is it’s probably because of the Spiderman and X-men roles. I mean, they are American companies, so he would probably be at their studios, which would be in LA.
@julie he’s been in LA for a long time i think especially after his 19 birthday i mean it wouldn’t make since to go there than live and than go back there shortly after that i don’t know why he’s down there though

I became a really huge fan in HP and was upset that he didnt have many big title roles. Hopefully that will all change very verrry soon.
